Suhada Hamuwa 2014: A Journey Back in Time

On a cool January 11th, something really special happened at the Ananda College hostel. People who used to live there, called “old hostellers,” came back to meet each other. It was a time to remember old times, laugh together, and make new memories.

Imagine walking into the hostel and seeing all those familiar places, the rooms where you used to sleep, the dining hall where you had meals with friends, and the corners where you had so much fun. It was like going back in time.

Old friends who hadn’t seen each other for a long time got together and started talking like no time had passed at all. They shared stories about their days in the hostel, the pranks they played, and the funny things that happened. It felt like they were young again, just for that evening.

Reuniting in the embrace of memories, Suhada Hamuwa 2014 painted a canvas of laughter, friendship, and timeless connections.

The best thing was that it didn’t matter if they were doctors, teachers, engineers, or something else now. In that moment, they were all just friends from the hostel, having a great time and enjoying each other’s company.

As the evening ended and everyone said goodbye, they promised to stay in touch and keep the friendship alive. Even though they were leaving, the laughter and happiness stayed in the air, reminding them of the wonderful time they had.

“Events like Suhada Hamuwa 2014 remind us that no matter how much time passes, true friendships stay strong, and they make our lives richer and happier.”
